EWS buyers reluctant to take BDA flats
Q: What is the reason that the buyers are not ready to buy apartments from BDA?

My comments to replies
According to a real estate expert and analyst said that after the Arkavathy Layout disaster, many people have lost faith in BDA. Housing projects undertaken by the authority have some or the other defects.
all are precast, cant resist horizontal loads and its like stitching sticks together therefore method of construction is inferior and leakages in buildings will be very soon
