I had booked a flat one year back in panchsheel wellington in Tower5 in 17th floor but up to now there is no GDA approval they got. so due to this bank loans are not processing . so please tell me when they will get GDA approval .
i have also got the same feedback from the builder about the same. its totally builders responsibility to get every document cleared. if you know any other people who have booked flats in this building..lets get in touch and chase builder for possession in group.
I have make query about 2 months back at panchsheel office regarding approval of floors they told me that we will get the upper floor approval very shortly. However, they are ready to back the booking amount with interest .

Hi all.. i think all of you would have joined Panchsheel wellington owners group to discuss about this project. My uncle has also booked in tower 4 and similar issue is faced by him too.. from 11th to 24th floor is not approved by GDA. We have inquired a lot but never got any proper response from builder. Dont know what to do.. Can some of u pls suggest some solution..
