Hi All, Please dont believe GGR and Abhaya Sheltes. The Aditya Grand property is good but the owners GGR and marketing company Abhaya Shelters are not showing any interest in completing the layout but just want to sell all the plots and wash their hands. until unless they complete the all amenities, clubhouse, please dont fall in cheap marketing tricks. Or please take written agreement about the project completion date, amenities, club house signed by GGR/Peram group and Abhaya shelters. Initially when they were selling the property they told us that they will complete the project in 6 months. Now its been 8 months and no signs of completion. When ask them, they are saying as per the agreement they will complete it in next 2 year. They are just interested in making money not in developing the layout.
