Builder reputation? Upcoming nearby projects?
Q: How is the reputation of this builder? Are there any upcoming residential localities nearby? If yes, which are they? Which bank(s) approved this project and future prospects of it if someone wants to buy it as a house to live for self on possession?

Yes, Free hold property it is; unlike most of the properties in NOIDA. Construction company should come forward to talk to the prospective clients like us. Unless the company assures us, we will not be able to invest our money. No one can afford to loose their money if some dispute occurs as it already happened in bhatta parsaul. We all know, how long it took to resolve. And what all people had to face!Yes, Free hold property it is; unlike most of the properties in NOIDA. i too went to this area, investment prospects are good but again the authencity of the land is important
