What are the precautions to be taken while buying plots offered by housebuilding co operative socities.
Q: There are two attractively priced properties belonging to Health City promoted by health dept workers co-operative house building society and another by telecom employees co-operative housebuilding society.Concerned about the security of the money thet you pay to them without entering in to agreement to sell.

My comments to replies
There is no such precautions to take as these houses are from government and I do not think there will be an legal issues in this kind of projects. But to be on the safer side you can take help from your legal expert for checking the documents.
