We should approach Consumer Court As soon as possible to get the money with interest. Otherwise they will linger on the matter

Let's all join together to fight for interest . As per new bill builders will have to pay penalty.
Today I had visited Builder's Office and as per them If I apply for refund today then mimimum it will take 4 months to refund and they will not pay any interest.
I am also a sufferer and paid 20 % amount.
