Agreement clarifications.
Q: Hi , can any of the owners in hiranandani clarify about signing an undertaking at time of taking possession ? Have some questions on that and was wondering if everyone has signed it from the beginning. It seems very one sided in their favour!

You are right. The agreement is one sided, poorly drafted and nay not be sustainable in a court of law. However many owners appear to have signed the 'undertaking' without even reading it.
