Q: Hi, any idea about getting noc and building approval at madambakkam,chennai. our plot is in the regulated area after 100 meters from dhenpureeswarar temple. Pls share your details ..we waiting for noc for approval long time..

HI Mr. Manikandan. I saw your AD in to sell this property for 65Lakhs !!!!!!!. How do you do this ? If you really want to get rid of this property better give it as free dontated one to some Non profit organization. Not to some Innocent buyers. Bravo to you Gentle man for your cheap tactics.
Hello City..... Thanks for your reply. So many people has contacted me regarding for buy. I have informed about the NoC. I dont want to behave like you. If youare Bravo person you might have asked about this land. Do you know what is market rate is going in that area. Without knowing anything dont comment anyone.
