Q: Hello Every one, I had a query .. we were planning to go for a flat in lodha splendora. I wanted to know like i havent gone yet what all things should we take care of ?? should we go 4 a legal adviser ?? how is the whole procedure of buying the flat ?? and what all clauses can we negotiate on ??

Q: No clear answer is received from the booking representatives. Rumors or I do not know if true, that the property is been seized by court and might not come up. Please suggest, I already been waiting for 5 years after paying the booking amount. Does it even makes sense any more.
