Q: Hello, I just want to know the progress for JAYPEE Kosmos tower 2 & also wants to know the expected possession date for the same. I am confused whether Jaypee's project is a good choice or I had make mistake. I don't understand why they are delaying the project.

Latest Answer: i am one buyer of jaypee kosmos, got loan sanctioned form Bank of baroda. now bank has charged 2% penalty on asking the reason they replied that since due period of time is over and flat is still not in my possession. could anyone pl tell me what should i do now???
