I had booked a plot in Aug 2012 and still waiting for registration. How many more years it will take to get approvals

Hey Tilak, Even I was interested in this project but as far the telephonic conversation the project has been approved by BMRDA and they are not tied up with any banks. I am bit confused.
I called them today on 9591999388, they said it is not approved and it will another 6 months.
