I agree with Ms. Kalpana. The promoter should come out with all documents and show to buyers. A meeting should be fixed to clear the cloud. I have been trying to see the papers, but with one reason or the other the marketing office evades. Hi, I am S. Chatterjee from New Delhi. I have booked one Villa in the project, after visiting the site and the nearby area. Future is bright here as the area is out of city, away from hustle and bustle; just opp Dadri afs, but I am little bit reserved about the promoter, as he is not showing the papers of the land, permission from the concerned authorities and change in land use. Recently, they did some bhoomi pujan for row houses and again they are quite. Can anyone enlighten me about the current status of the project. Whats......... the situation. Hi, Ankur, The position is very bad. My situation is also same. I had booked one villa more than a year back through Mr. Misra. All the earlier people have left the company.
