Approved only till 7th floor but constructed upto 10th floor
Q: They have allotted upto 10th floor in 2bhk towers at maya Garden City whereas their project is passed till 7th floor only and now they are not committing to refund advance money before 6 months. Not trustworthy. Your money will be struck.

Dear Vikram and Manish, They are very big cheater and fraud people. I am also the victim of Maya Garden City. I have filed court case against them. Please share your contact number so we can file police complain against them also for doing fraud. My number is 09769368097. Regards - Sudeep
yes. I totally agree with you. These people promise everything when you book with them but at the time of delivery they give you nothing as per their promise and you are totally disappointed when you take possession of the flat. I am also a victim of their fraud. I would like to see you at the end of the month when I come to India and would need your help and guidance. PAUL
