Yes defiantly right, My sister has booked Skyline Exaltus and paid huge amount to them already, the project still in the excavation stage from past 1.5yrs. We wanted to cancel and have filled the cancellation form and its been 4 months since cancellation we have not got any refund. Moreover no one answers our queries. Inspite of we paying the installments promptly we are struggling to get our refund back. We had even written mail to MR Dhiraj , the only answer i get is we will refund, simple one line answer. We are in need of our money as my sister's marriage is fixed and require the same for our spending's. When i call customer care executives for the status no one has any clue about the mail and communication that we had with MR Dhiraj. Feeling very sorry to say that such a reputed company has a pathetic way of responding to customers. When comes to we paying installments, they honestly follow but when it comes to refunding they are never bothered. B303
