Latest Answer: You would have to check in your agreement if there is clause for selling - then check with builder if there is any lock in period. transfer fee etc. Then via a Assignment agreement ( which would be between buyer, seller and builder will be confirming party) and buyer can go for bank loan also. which project have you booked.
