Legal issues in SLS Serenity
Q: I’m looking for info on SLS Serenity like any outstanding issues from promoter/builders, any pending legal issues etc. Does the flat owners have got khatha issued by the respective authorities, if so what type of Khatha.

My comments to replies
Please Dont even think of buying any property from SLS developers.They dont know even basics of construction.They are very inexperienced builders with lazy staff & supervisors.Their construction quality is worst.They cant even build a wall properly.The finishing is not at all good.We have done a mistake by buying a flat in SLS Springs.Water leakages in the building and inside the flats aswell.So please dont do the mistake by choosing this builder & regretting for taking a foolish decision.
its all because of the people staying in the flats if they look after the flat the flats can become good..
