Q: They have allotted upto 10th floor in 2bhk towers at maya Garden City whereas their project is passed till 7th floor only and now they are not committing to refund advance money before 6 months. Not trustworthy. Your money will be struck.

My Dear Friends one more interesting point about Maya Garden City Project is that now they have approved some more numbers of towers in their Maya Garden City Project and now they are displacing the physical location of some of the towers shown earlier to the customers in there brochure. Points to remember before going to finalize property with the builder especially Maya Garden City. 1. First of all so called Maya garden people will be more than interested to book the flat under Down Payment Plan(Plan-A) only reason being getting the fast recovery of funds within 45 days 95% of the flat cost will be recovered from the customer. As per current economic and banking scenario RBI has taken hard to all the scheduled commercials bank after issuing circular on 3rd Sept for immediate discontinue down payment funding to be made to the builder. So before finalizing u r property just think twice thrice regarding the plan either plan-A or Plan-B Economics behind selection of Plan. They are offering 8% discount on the per sq. ft price if u r booing under down payment plan. Do simple calculation the 8% discount which u r getting its only for one time but tomake 95% payment to the builder you are taking loan from financial institution @ 10.50% p.a. that on every month.Points to remember before going to finalize property with the builder especially Maya Garden City. 1. Guys one more thing when u r finalizing on the pricing they will be silent on the service tax to be paid @3.09% on the flat cost. They will tell you that has to be paid during possession but in reality demand letter comes once your 95% is clear.
