Inviting flat owners of Beverly Park to form a group
Q: Request all owners of flat in Beverly Park on this forum to come together so we can meet the builder as a group & enquire about date of possession? I went to the site today (31st Mar'13) again and spoke to the security guards on duty, it seems the work has come to a complete stand still. There are hardly some 30 workers on the site doing bit of cleaning work and watering the plants. I believe the director's mail id is dhiraj@skylineconstructions.com, I have written mails to him however he does not respond to any of the mails. If we approach him as a group we might know the real status. Also, Is anyone aware of what the real cause of delay is? Any legal dispute or financial crunch?
