i booked 3 flats in Grand Wellington which i applied for cancellation around Four months back . My alloted units have been resold and yrt i have not got the refund djue to shortage of funds ( as told by Mr. Vikas Chawla, CEO, Maxblis Contruction Pvt. Ltd. ).
Moreover they are not a member of any association or so , in which i can complain like CREDAI. etc.
I feel like a beggar whenever i visit their office.

I booked the studio apartment and paid three installments (40% of the total cost). Now no one is reachable on the phone numbers and their channel partners Baton infrastructure is also not responding. No one is reachable and not responding to my repeated mail. I'm scared whether my investment is safe or not. No Agreement copy has been provided yet by the builder yet. Its just the receipt of the payment they have provided. Can any one help me getting to the right person ?Hi,

Yesterday I got the mail from Baton (Channel partner for Maxblis) and they have agreed to resolved all the issues / queries related to Grand Wellington. I'm now waiting for their action on the same.

Can i get some details about Partial down payment plan of this project? How much discount builder is giving here? Kindly share some information about this.
Project started in 2012-13. Last week I visited just to see the progress and here what I found :
1. No work has been done since 10 months
2. Existing contractor is bundling up the work and taking way his equipments as they have not been paid by Jaypee
3. Most optimistic date for possession is 2018. Better expect 2020 as projects started before Kove has not yet been delivered.
4. Focus is only on stadium and plots as of now
5. Appreciation is not much as there has been delays in delivery in this entire area
Better go to the site and see the progress rather than asking them over the calls.
