Q: Hi, any idea about getting noc and building approval at madambakkam,chennai. our plot is in the regulated area after 100 meters from dhenpureeswarar temple. Pls share your details ..we waiting for noc for approval long time..

If you really want to get rid of this property better give it as free dontated one to some Non profit organization. Not to some Innocent buyers.
