Are there any present issues in the Akkala project?
Q: Dear residents, We are planning to invest in the penthouse of D block in the 9th floor of Akkala. Considering there were many past issues for this project, is it ok to go ahead? Any contact of any association member would be greatly appreciated.

Question on top floor and water
Q: Hi All, Quick question. Are there any problems with respect to taking an apartment at the top floor(9th/10th floor) in terms of leakage during rains etc. Also how is the water situation in the apartment now? Thanks in advance Vinod
