Vistar Classic is one of the ongoing project by Vistar Builders & Developers. The expected completion date is by end of 2015. The project offers 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 553 sqft to 1450 sqft.
I got information that builder will provide OC but not CC [Commencement certificate]. Is it fine with only OC ? Please share your views.
