Q: I'm in sort of a jinx, not pretty much sure whether to go for top floor flats or lower part of the high rise and how does the price vary for the same. Will it be beneficial if I opt for an flat above 10th floor ? I do understand there are specific good and bad on both the fronts but still I wanna get more insight from people who are staying in high rise apartments ?

Q: Hi guys, I have a plan, let me know this approach would work out. Off course everyone dreams of a lavish house but with my income it seems highly insecure. So I have planned to buy 2 flats on 2 different floors one above other. Now my question is, can i alter it and make it a duplex later. In which it would involve a staircase between flats ? any updates if its a feasible option ?

Latest Answer: Hey Suresh, You can alter your flats but for that you have to take permission from the builder and I do not think you can involve any kinda staircase between flats and you have to take care that your neighbours that they are not facing any kind of problem. Even I think you have to take permission from your association.
