I want to know the procedure and the fees for change of name on the pmc property tax bill and on MSEDCL as well
Q: I was told to get following docs: 1. sale deed 2. index II 3. society NOC 4. tax NOC and they said they will charge around 25 to 30 % of the property tax payable i.e. the tax payable is 7250/- so the charges are around 1812/- to 2175/-... so I want to know is this the correct fees and also are the docs sufficient as I do not want to keep pacing between my place and the tax office...

Hello Nupur, Since the property is in Baner you need to go to the Baner PMC office and you will get a form there. Just fill the form and documents such as sale deed, TAX noc, Society NOC are important to be shown. The fees will come around Rs 2,000 only.
