Q: I would like to know the prospects of investing on a flat there and what is current rates prevailing in that area . I would also like to know about the builder metro properties

Hello Sunilpv..this project provide 2bhk for 45 lakhs and size would be around 1480 sq ft. The price per sq ft will be around Rs 2,300. You can get for resale as almost it's sold out. Currently four 2bhks are available.
