why the project still not started and when it will be completed

Hello Chandrashekar, Actually the name of the project has been changed from its existing name. Prior to it was called as Hex world. Now it has been renamed as Hex City. It is a 9 tower building with 32 floors located at Kharghar. The builder has given a timely deadline to handover the project by Dec 2017. It may get over even before the said date too.
The project Hex World and Hex City are different. I have booking in Hex World and i suppose the project is stalled due to want of some approvals, and construction is expected to start in next 6 months.
