Is this true? or are there any other issues with the palms property? All banks are approving this property it seems. 2. In their brochure if you see the building elevation carefully (on brochure cover itself) the B block in phase II is absent but when I visited the site construction has already started for this block, I checked with them on this but they are saying we have taken approval later and there are no issues. I feel they are contradicting or have deviated themselves a bit. 3. Has anyone seen ground floor plan in palm I? When I am calculating the carpet area it is coming out to be around 70% of claimed super built up area. Is this the case for those who've already booked?Hello, This is Yogesh.
