Booked a flat in panacea golden nest 1 month ago. Builder promised me to give some complimentary like wardrobe or dining set. After giving booking amount they increased Rs. 1 Lakh, i agreed and also gave them 20% of the total amount. But they kept on delaying agreement. I visited their HSR office about 10-15 times for doing agreement. Finally they cancelled my flat saying that other customers are paying more than what we have finalised. we prepared everything and in the end they canceled our flat.
