renting out parking slots
Q: hi- we have just purchased a flat in Kalpataru Aura, and were considering renting out our 2 parking slots that came with the flat, to other residents. could someone pls guide us where we can post a note/notice for the same? thanks, mayur

Latest Answer: Hi, Once you have found someone to rent your parking space it is wise to draw up a simple contract that specifies how long they are going to rent the space, between what hours, and for how much. It should be signed by both parties. And remember that the income you get is taxable.
