Q: Till date Ittina Mahavir property has not been handed over to the association by the builder. The association is just handling day-to-day needs on a temporary basis Conveyance of the property cannot be done from builder as the builder is no more and the family members (Minu Ittina) also committing suicide in 2014. Legal status in now very doubtful as bank loans are not paid by builder and nothing handed over to Ittina Property staff. Nobody knows what is going on !!! Anytime banks can come and take over the whole apartments as it was said to be mortgaged to 2 housing finance banks. What documents are required to be submitted along with application to get the deemed conveyance?
