This project has not be cleared in Bank(LIC) for loan. Had taken legal opinion from lawyer, lawyer is insisting on Legal heirs certificate and family tree being ancestor property. Moreover this is sold through revocable POA, by SVIP marketing agent. Hence be cautious in buying the land.This project has not be cleared in Bank(LIC) for loan.
