The project offers both apartments and penthouses. The area of apartments here ranges from 538 sqft to 1599. The project is expected to get completed by last quarters of 2018 and it has got approval from CMDA & all major banks.

The project got 1,2 and 3bhk apartments with price ranging from Rs 27.16 lakhs to Rs 1.35 crores approximately. Doshi Risington seems to be a good project located at Old Mahabalipuram at an affordable price.
