Q: Buying 3BHK in Maya Garden City (CHD-Ambala highway) for END Use, size 1530/1852 sq ft. Project is still under construction but I can wait upto a year to get possession. However, found a lot of negative reviews mentioning builder has approvals pending from PUDA to construct above 7 floors & accepting bookings beyond 7 floors causing delay & harassment to investors/buyers whose money is stuck. Can anyone give a clear picture if its safe to buy or better buy a ready to move apartment on VIP road or Peer Mushalla side? Thanks. Mickey
