I spoke to customer care rep a couple of weeks back. They said they are in a cash crunch and by July we will get a letter stating if we pay them the final payment, they will complete the flat in 3 months thats Sep-Oct 2014 and deliver it. I visited the site, plumbing and tiling work is going on but progress is very slow... they can complete the project in no time but looks like they don't want to.... according to the contract its due for over an year now… I expected this delay but not more than a year… given their way of response so far I think they will nicely tell me to wait for another year…even if I settle the final payment. My contract states that they will give compensation for any delays… also I have heard that we can also count the rental value of our stay in the compensation…. I am planning to consult a good lawyer and see it thru…. Please suggest if you know any ….
thanks they demand the last 3% payment now i.e. on completion of tiling in Block 2 without any mention about further progress or tentative time of handing over. Suvetha
