One of my friend booked an apartment in one of the project by this builder.Quality is okay. Not that great. But floor plans are not good. In the middle block apartments there is no light at all. Common amenities are just for name sake, very small and congested.

I would like to know creditability of Srinivasa builders & their current project Srinivasa Classic is on Sarjapur Rd, opposite Total Mall (100 mtrs), next to fire depo.
This is their 3rd project. Would be grateful if someone gives feedback on it.
Hello Sobina, this project includes 2bhk and 3bhk. The price would be around Rs 52 lakhs for 1025-1056 sq ft and for 3bhk would be around Rs 90 lakhs for 1539-1857 sq ft. As far as I know it is a good project so far didn't heard any bad review about this project.
Thanks Supratim, as of now 2 BHK is about 62 lakhs and 3 BHK for 80 lakhs.
