TP Sanctioned plan
Q: I search a propery which is in Grampanchayat area. The Property is NA and Collector sanction plan up third floor but fourth floor is Grampanchayat sanction. if i have purchase the flat, so can i buy this property please suggest me.

Latest Answer: @Anil Guarv : Yes, if it is grampanchayat approved you can buy the property. But first you can just ask the builder and check the details of the project and it is approved or not.
