Gachibowli definitely seems to be the destination of choice when it comes to buying a plot of land. It offers great connectivity and a variety of plots to choose from. A recent study has highlighted Gachibowli as one one the fastest growing realty hotspots in the country. It is a prominent IT suburb in Hyderabad which ensures you returns on your investment in the long run. Would definitely be the best area to start looking for property in Hyderabad.
Thanks for your reply, Rates are very high in Gachibowli and I am looking for Investment for good appreciations.. can you please suggest me any affordable project in Gachibowli area.

GACHIBOWLI IS HIGHLY DEVELOPED AND THERE IS NO CHANCE OF GETTING A LOW COST INVESTABLE PLOT. THE SAME WITH CHANDANA NAGAR.HMDA PLOTS IN CHANDANA NAGAR ARE TOO EXPENSIVE.NON HMDA ARE CHEAP BUT YOU DONOT INVEST IN GRAM PANCHAYAT LAYOUTS.NOT ADVISABLE.YOU NEED LOW PRICED AREAS WITHA TRIGGER OF GROWTH TO INVEST IN LONG TERM.I HAVE COUPLE OF SUGGESTIONS.I CAN RECOMMEND HMDA LAYOUTS IN AREAS WHERE THERE ARE GREAT TRIGGERS FOR GROWTH.BUT QUALITY IS PRICED.IT IS EXPENSIVE.REGARDS
