I have taken a flat here, and I would others not to go with this builder.It is a 1 and half year project but its now near 2 and half year and the project is still not completed. I finally got my flat registered. Advantages : 1. Good connectivity 2. Amount of space used for amenities is 50% of overall project area. 3. Good UDS. Disadvantage : 1. Delay in delivering project, which I came to know that most of the developers do the same. But this is one thing which i wish Ranka improves on.
