Even i have bought an apartment in Sobha City - Aristos (row house) & Mykonos (Apartment) in Aug - 2011. I was very much aware of the graveyard but i think cremetorium issue started surfacing recently after they started the construction, i visited the site recently and happy with the construction progress the rowhouses are almost ready, even the apartments are coming up fast. i am personally not intimidated by this grave yard or cremetorium, i have lived in one of the Sobha property for more than 10 years and have invested in couple of them, it has always been a good experience with Sobha developers as a home buyer as well as an investor, i am really surprised by seeing the way the issue of Cremetorium is handled by Sobha particularly with the kind of reputation and credibilty what they command in the market, i am sure they are gonna handle it in a best possible way, as an investor and a home buyer i still go with Sobha City.Even i have bought an apartment in Sobha City - Aristos (row house) & Mykonos (Apartment) in Aug - 2011.
