Q: Hi Gautam here, Can anyone give me proper review for Emami Swanlake. I am interested in 2 BHK 1133 sft, being quoted by builder at 3690 INR per sft... plus the extras...reviews regarding development scope, power/electricity, water quality & effects of its close proximity to Gulf Oil Explosives subsidiary, etc.

Hi Srikanth, if you are really looking for investment purpose, then you can invest in doctor's colony. Now, the plot value is nearly 15,000 - 16,000 per sq. yard. It was 11,000 - 12,000 a year ago.
