I've purchased the apt B42 more just recently. At the time of the purchase they did indicate to me that they will be delivering the apartment by Oct'13. Now they are saying Nov' 13 for 4th floor apts. However, the management did mention that they are facing some constraints with the 'officials' in the area. Esp. being a lake front apartment - they said BBMP is extra vigiliant. Anyway, I had the legal documents (as provided by the builder) checked by our family lawyer. He also independantly obtained various documents from BBMP himself. Only after getting a green signal did I go ahead and book. My lawyer also got confirmation from local BBMP engineer - that they have inspected the building for OC and everything is ok. I had already ready a few reviews and was worried about the builder's credibility. However, "Ranka" being a name known to my parent - I did visit the site anyway.
