Carpet Area for the flat
Q: I am planning to buy a 3BHK of 955sq ft area in Siddha Town, Rajarhat. Any clue on what would be the carpet area in that flat. When I see the floor plan given on their portal the carpet area seems too less.

Hello Prasenjit: I heard that the carpet area is around 850 sq ft which is very small. This project includes 10 to 15 towers..almost the construction is over , I think some towers are left.
Thanks Harsha. I also presumed the Carpet Area to come something around 850 but on calculating the total are as per the floor plan(adding up all the room areas) I got the result lesser than 850sq ft atleast. Any idea why so or am I calculating something wrong.
