Hi, Can I use this dry balcony as extension to kitchen? I mean can I shift my sink and service platform to dry balcony
Q: I have big dry balcony adjacent to kitchen. In our society Dry balcony space is individual to the flat its not reaching to the ceiling of upper floor.. By shifting sink in dry balcony sink outage will be directly given to the outlet in dry balcony which today connects through underground. Kitchen and dry balcony are separated by small one brick wall (Not RCC structure).

Latest Answer: Hi Vaibhav , you can modify at least 20% of entire unit but in safer way ask builder and communities for the same. In my scene there is certain legal process that you have to follow.
