1 bhk in Ghodbander road or 2 bhk in shil pata road ?!
Q: I am planing to buy flat at budget of 55 to 60 lakh ... In GB road we have option of 1 BHK 600 to 625 ( 400) area with basic eminities and in shil road Lodha Casario i am getting 2 BHK with 982 to 100 sft ( carpet 638- 698) with all Morden eminities ... My present office is in Airoli ... I need suggestion in 3 doughts 1 how about the returns if invest 1 BHK in gb road and 2 BHK in palava 2 commuting to other place in Mumbai if I Change my job 3 .. Apart from school available in Lodha complex do have any better schools in Dombivali east and hospital 3
