Q: Have concerns about the quality of the flat and material used in it and the status of society maintenance in term of cleanliness and amenity maintenance ?

Latest Answer: As I visited Sukhwani Dynasty @Wakad Pune I find seepage into the flat internal walls, society amenities (i.e jogging track, park, common sitting area) was not maintained as per the society maintenance charges.Due to it raise a little concern from the buyers perspective.
