Are there 3 bedroom flats available in the earlier phases already constructed or nearing completion?
Q: I would like to know about availability of flats-3bhk in Provident Cosmos City, flats already constructed or nearing completion.

Hi, My flat is just finished. I have purchased on considering the vaasthu which is extremely good and priveleged. Furnished with modular kitchen, wardrobes, modern electrical and bathroom fittings. Lofts, J-hooks and grills done. But since we are moving out of Chennai, I am selling my flat. East facing home with the widest approach road in the entire apartment. Easy loan processing could be arranged since my husband is working as a bank manager.
