Buying apartment in Madipakkam
Q: I'm planning to buy a 2bhk . Max budget is 50L. Is madipakkam a good area ? I went to few streets in Madipakkam and found it is full of stagnated water and no metro water connectivity is there ? Can you sugget good locality in madipakkam without any water problem ?

Latest Answer: Hi Loshy, as far as I know In the Apr-June quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 4694 per sq. ft. In the July-Sep quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 4793 per sq. ft. The area enjoys good demand due its proximity to important centers of the city and beyond. The price appreciation of this locality in the future might be very good.
