Everyone knows it is very difficult to sell the properties in century celeste for various issues . I was told sinking and leakage problem and quality of Material used by builder do no match the price .It is a fail project with few investors just waiting to get rid of their property .Only jakkur lake view is good to some extent !.It is not a place to live with family .someone who bought also told about society management is very unprofessional and uneducated .In the current situation with poor occupancy and pathetic society it should not be more than Rs 2200/sq ft price .even if someone pays that much it is great!!.It is not a luxrious apratments as stated be carefull!.I heard that many of them dome illegal structuarl changes and action with Bda is possible any time .its bit risky to buy here .This is my honest opnion and lot hype has been created as this proerty is inflating very fast appreciation is not possible at all .
