Hi All, i am planning to buy flat in Sowparnika Sanvi, Bangalore, as i visited their site yesterday, apartment seems good, but location and connectivity from main road seems bad , specially kachha mud road that connect to chansandra main road. also as per forum discussion it seems they are not giving OC & A-Khata and as per their plan they are asking 1.5 Lakh for A-Khata. is they are mention OC in agreement?
