I was hoping to get possession on time, but now because these guys are doing delay in giving possession, need to find a place on rent. Verbally they did say while booking the flat that possession will be at June 2013 but on contract they mentioned December 2013. And now as you rightly said they have confirmed it shall be May to June 2013 (Did not even confirm the month/date). In Thane, getting OC from Municipality is not easy, they take time. They review quite some things and then only give OC. Current surrounding area of building Barcelona is very messy because construction of parking area is in progress. To add into our troubles, building which is connected to Barcelona, its work has just started, so imagine how much actual time it is going to take to finish it. I think, it will take more 12-18 months for possession so it is utterly important for us to get unite and take some actions against them.
